Priyankshi Finmart Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Priyankshi Finmart mobile application and associated web platform (collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and financial information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

To provide financial, investment, and Mutual Fund distribution services, we collect both personal and sensitive personal data, including:

  • * Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, and Residential Address.
  • * Financial & Regulatory Identifiable Data: Permanent Account Number (PAN), Financial Identifiable Identifiers (e.g., [Aadhaar Redacted] / KYC documentation), AMFI Registration Number (ARN), Bank Account Details, Investment Records, and Portfolio Balances.
  • * Demographic & Financial Profile Information: Income bracket, occupation, and risk profile.
  • * Device & App Usage Data: Device identifiers (IP address, OS version, device model), app performance logs, and interaction data to improve app functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for legitimate financial service delivery and regulatory compliance, including:

  • * Facilitating Mutual Fund investments, portfolio tracking, and financial insights.
  • * Verifying user identity in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under Indian law.
  • * Sending transactional updates, portfolio alerts, and service communications to your registered email address or phone number.
  • * Improving our software services, user experience, and application stability.
  • * Conducting market research and customer analytics with your explicit consent.

Note: We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google User Data & Limited Use Disclosure

Our Service may integrate with Google Services (such as Gmail) to automate portfolio tracking and statement uploads.

Gmail Scopes & Purpose:

1. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
Purpose: Used to read specific automated emails forwarded from CAMS, KFintech (Karvy), or other Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs). These messages are securely processed to auto-update your Mutual Fund portfolio and generate insights on your dashboard. No personal emails are read, modified, deleted, or sent.

2. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic
Purpose: Used strictly to assist users in configuring email filters/forwarding rules for RTA portfolio statements.

3. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.sharing
Purpose: Used optionally to manage delegate access if a user explicitly chooses to share portfolio management access with an authorized financial advisor.

Google Data Sharing & Protection:

Compliance: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing Restriction: We never share, transfer, or sell Google user data to third parties, except as required by applicable laws or necessary for encrypted cloud infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality.

4. Data Sharing and Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose your information under the following limited circumstances:

Regulators & Legal Authorities: To comply with statutory obligations mandated by SEBI, AMFI, RBI, tax authorities, or judicial orders.
Authorized Service Providers: Trusted partners (such as RTAs, payment gateways, and cloud hosting vendors) who process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Security Measures

We prioritize the security of your data and implement robust, industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards:

* End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and encryption at rest.
* Secure password hashing and strict access control mechanisms.
* Full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy

Retention: We retain your personal and financial data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested or as mandated by financial regulations and record-retention laws in India.

Account & Data Deletion:

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

In-App: Navigate to `Settings > Account > Delete Account`.
Email Request: Send an email to support@priyankshi.in with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will process your deletion request and purge your data from our active databases within 30 days, except where statutory/regulatory record-keeping rules require us to retain transaction history.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended exclusively for individuals above 18 years of age (or minors under the supervision of a legal guardian/parent). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.

8. Third-Party Links

Our app/website may contain links to third-party portals or financial institutions for your convenience. We do not control or endorse the privacy practices of third-party websites. Accessing external links is done at your own risk.

9. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our legal obligations, features, or regulatory guidelines. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting the revised policy. Major changes will be communicated via app notification or email.
